I’m searching the internet to find worksheets and other resources to help folks raise their self-esteem. These resources are here as self help tools for people that aren’t suffering extreme mental health issues. If you are considering suicide, or, trapped in an abusive relationship,  or, suffering depression or anxiety or have other mental health issues, seek qualified medical help immediately!

Description of the first self-esteem worksheet

Traditionally, some of the most helpful ways of understanding core beliefs have been to see them as 'lenses' or 'prejudices'. Another way of illustrating the effects of core beliefs (and, implicitly, the strategies to undermine them) is to think of them as magnets.

I’ve found the self-esteem worksheet above to be a great example of how my thoughts work. When I hold onto a deep seated belief, it affects whatever new beliefs try to get in. If they don’t line up with what I already believe I tend to dismiss them. NOT GOOD! I have come to realize though, that my old beliefs have held me back from accomplishing many of the things that I desire in my life.  Through conscious effort, and constant self-examination of my thoughts, I have been able to let go of, and replace many of my unhelpful and downright untrue beliefs about my value and capabilities. And it sure feels great! Life is getting better everyday, and it’s getting easier for me to grow into the person I know I can be.
