The Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale is a widely used quiz to help assess your level of positive self-image, and has been used in hundreds of research projects. The Rosenberg scale is the most commonly used measure of self esteem. The Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (Rosenberg, 1965), is a ten item “Likert” format scale with items answered on a four point scale.  The answers range from strongly agree to strongly disagree. The original sample for which the scale was developed consisted of 5,024 High School Juniors and Seniors from 10 randomly selected schools in New York State.
